This is a long-time-coming piece. It was originally inspired by a friend of mine from school years ago and I’ve always wanted to do something with it. I finally was motivated to do it after drawing too many fat owls, I didn’t know what to do with them. The boy in the tree slightly resembles myself in a weird way, it was not intentional.

Love it Kyle!! Love the texture(s) on the tree, and that distressing...around the edges. As well as the owls of course!! so cute. Nice colors also.
