Back in September I was asked to complete a series of illustrations for Dundee Wealth. The images were focused at the encouragement of contacting an investment advisor to help plan your future. Winter Village - Commission

Back in December I was commissioned to create a winter village scene. I really didn't want to make it look too Christmas-y so I made sure to leave out any holiday lights/decorations.

Holiday Gifts Ideas For String Players - Strings Magazine

It's always exciting getting to do decorative seasonal work. It helps me get in a state of excitement for the snow before I realize how painfully cold winter can be. This illustration was completed for Strings Magazine holiday issue. My assignment was basically to incorporate stringed instruments into the holidays. I actually had a lot of fun doing this because I got to make some cool custom patterns. If you look closely the snowflakes are made up of stringed instruments, bass, alto, and treble clefs.

Shameless Magazine - Making Your Own Medical Decisions

I was asked to complete an illustration for Shameless Magazine back in August for an article by Cate Simpson titled Making Your Own Medical Decisions.The title of the article is self-explanatory but I strongly urge you to pick up a copy. This magazine is targeted toward female and trans-gendered youth which I believe is very important in today's society.

This is a larger version of the illustration. I am very happy with how it turned out. It's a simple image but it really gets the point across.

Fall into the Season

It's that time of the year where summer is starting to wind down and the colours and smells of fall are starting to emerge. We have many things to look forward to like the fresh crisp air of the season and probably most important of all, Halloween.
